    Any 6-hour block around the hours listed below. Additional hours may be purchased based on availability.

    • $1400Early Day Block: 8 AM–2 PM, 9 AM–3 PM, or 10 AM–4 PM

    • $1450Late Day Block: 4 PM–10 PM, 5 PM–11 PM, or 6 PM–12 AM

    Summer Events

    May 2026- August 2026

    • $1800 – Early Day Block: 8 AM–2 PM, 9 AM–3 PM, or 10 AM–4 PM

    • $1900 – Late Day Block: 4 PM–10 PM, 5 PM–11 PM, or 6 PM–12 AM

    • Any additonal hours beyond the 6-hour block is $100 an hour

For Events Booked After January 2026,

To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, the following amenities are included with every booking, should you wish to utilize them:

  • Our curated in-house furniture provided at no additional cost

  • Table and chair accommodations for up to 50 guests

    • 60” round tables thoughtfully suited for elegant dining layouts

    • White resin folding chairs for a clean, timeless aesthetic

  • Light setup assistance during your reserved time by our on-site Studio Assistant

  • Dedicated on-site studio support throughout your event for guest guidance and venue-related needs

  • Outside catering and BYO alcohol welcomed, in accordance with venue guidelines

Please note: Additional rates apply for events booked on holidays, as well as events with over 50 guests and over 100 guests. If you require accommodations beyond 50 guests, we will secure additional items through an external vendor, and you will be responsible for the vendor’s pricing for those additional needs.
