For Gatherings Booked After January 2026,
To ensure a seamless experience, the following amenities are included 
with every booking, should you wish to utilize them:
    • Our curated in-house furniture provided at no additional cost
    • Table and chair accommodations for up to 50 guests
    • (6) 60” round tables thoughtfully suited for elegant dining layouts
    • (50) Clear acrylic oval ghost chairs
    • (3)6ft long rectangle tables.
    • Set-up assistance by our on-site Studio Assistant
    • Dedicated on-site studio support throughout your gatherings 
    • Outside catering and BYO alcohol welcomed, in accordance with venue guidelines.

  • Micro Events

    Perfect for intimate proposals,

    wellness classes, team meetings, and

    light gatherings.


    4-hour rental


    Weekday Rate: $700

    Weekend Rate: $800

    Summer Rates:

    Weekday & Weekend Rate: $1000

    Please note that there are various

    restrictions for micro events. One is

    that no additional hours can be added

    to the block, and the event must be

    completed by 6 PM.

    Monday–Thursday

    Any 6-hour block around the hours

    listed below. Additional hours may be

    purchased based on availability.

    • $1400 – Early Day Block

    • $1450 – Late Day Block

    Summer Gatherings

    May 2026- August 2026

    • $1800 – Early Day Block

    • $1900 – Late Day Block

    • Any additonal hours beyond the

      6-hour block is $100 an hour

  • Weekend Gatherings

    Friday–Sunday

    Any 6-hour block within the hours

    listed below. Additional hours may be

    purchased based on availability.

    • $1500 – Early Day Block

    • $1600 – Late Day Block

    Summer Gatherings

    May 2026- August 2026

    • $1800 – Early Day Block

    • $1900 – Late Day Block

    • Any additonal hours beyond the

      6-hour block is $100 an hour

Please note

Additional rates may apply for events booked on holidays, as well as events with over 50 guests .
 If you require accommodations beyond 50 guests, we may need to secure additional seating through an external vendor, 
and you will be responsible for the vendor’s pricing for that additional cost.

    The service and time you book is considered a confirmed reservation.If you need to make any changes, please contact us at info@thebreadstudios.com.

  • Please Note: This is not a confirmed booking. You're submitting an event date request. Please select the gatherings block that best matches your desired timeframe and gatherings type. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you by phone and email within 1 business day. You’ll receive a customized event quote, and if approved, we’ll send over our gathering agreement and instructions to submit your event deposit. Your date will only be confirmed once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received. Please contact us at
